Required • At least 18 years of age • Ability to obtain and maintain all required background clearances • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills • Commitment to building a positive, supportive workplace culture 💼 The Role You'll work alongside the Center Director to ensure every child has a safe, engaging, high-quality learning experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves coaching staff, building strong teams, and creating meaningful programs for kids. Day to day you will: • Plan and oversee daily academic and enrichment activities • Mentor and support teaching staff • Ensure compliance with PA licensing, STARS standards, and ALC policies • Step into the classroom when needed • Communicate with families and team members • Learn all aspects of the Director role and serve as Acting Director when needed 📍 Location Local to Lehigh Valley | Full-Time May support locations in Emmaus, Trexlertown, Fogelsville, Bethlehem, and Palmer.
