Something big is happening. And I've been waiting a long time to say this out loud. 🌵 I started my career in transportation in 2004. What began as a customer service role turned into two decades of leading, building, and showing up — all the way to VP & COO, managing a $5.2M operation and a team of 35 incredible people. But here's what nobody saw behind the title. For over a decade, people kept finding me for the harder stuff. "I don't know if I'm in the right place anymore." "I've built everything I was supposed to and I still feel empty." "I keep saying yes when every part of me wants to say no." I didn't have a coaching title. But I was doing the work — quietly, consistently, for years. My co-founder Tyler LaBarge was doing the same. Two people. Different worlds. The same calling. Today, we're making it official. 💙 Tyler and I have co-founded Desert Roots Wellness — a coaching practice built entirely on lived experience, not theory. We help driven individuals and small business owners who are capable, accomplished, and quietly exhausted — held back by indecision, people-pleasing, or the weight of living a life built around everyone else's expectations. We help you set boundaries that actually hold. Rebuild trust in yourself. And design a life — or a business — that genuinely fits who you are. This isn't a pivot. It's an arrival. If this resonates — drop a 💙 below or send me a DM. We offer a free 30-minute Clarity Call. No pitch. Just a real conversation.
