Ad text

Something big is happening, and I want to share it with this community first. 💙 I started my career in transportation back in 2004. What began as a customer service role at Swift turned into two decades of leading, building, and showing up — all the way to VP & COO, managing a $5.2M operation and a team of 35 incredible people. But here's what nobody saw on the resume. For over a decade, people kept coming to me with the stuff that had nothing to do with work. "I don't know if I'm in the right place anymore." "I've built everything I was supposed to and I still feel empty." "I keep saying yes when every part of me wants to say no." I didn't have a coaching title. But I was doing the work — quietly, consistently, for years. Sitting with people in their hardest moments. Helping them find clarity, set boundaries, and start trusting themselves again. My co-founder Tyler LaBarge was doing the same. Two people. Different worlds. The same calling. Today, we're making it official. 🌵 Tyler and I have co-founded Desert Roots Wellness — a coaching practice built on real lived experience, not textbooks or theory. We help individuals and small business owners who are driven and capable but quietly stuck — exhausted from people-pleasing, indecision, and living a life that was built for everyone else. We help you set boundaries that actually hold. Rebuild trust in yourself. And design a life — or a business — that genuinely fits who you are. This community was built for exactly this. If any of this speaks to you — or someone you love — we offer a free 30-minute Clarity Call. No pitch. Just a real, honest conversation. Drop a ❤️ below if this resonates, or send us a message. We'd love to connect. #DesertRootsWellness #NewChapter #LifeCoaching #Boundaries #SelfDiscovery #Transformation #PersonalDevelopment #Coaching #WomenInLeadership
