Now Hiring: Center Director at Code Ninjas Franklin WI 💰 Compensation Base Salary: $48,000 – $58,000/year Plus monthly and quarterly bonuses tied to enrollment growth. High performers earn $70K–$85K+ Top performers earn $100K+ 📍 Location Franklin, WI 53132 (In person) 🕒 Schedule Full-time (40+ hours/week) • Weeknight hours: approximately 4:00–8:00 PM • Weekend hours: approximately 8:00 AM–3:00 PM • Closed one consistent day per week • Additional time for outreach and planning 💼 The Role Code Ninjas is where kids ages 7–14 learn to code by building video games. As Center Director, you'll run day-to-day operations and be the driving force behind enrollment growth at the Franklin location.
