🔧 Now Hiring: Electrical Foreman 💰 Pay Up to $42/hr 📍 Location Indianapolis, US | Full-Time | In Person 🧠 Qualifications • 10+ years of commercial electrical field experience • 3–5+ years in a foreman or supervisory role preferred • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and commercial construction • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs • Knowledge of building materials, tools, equipment, and labor requirements • Strong leadership and communication skills • Basic computer and documentation skills • Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively, climb ladders, work from scaffolding/lifts • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle 💼 What You'll Do • Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction and renovation projects • Assign work based on skill level, mentor journeymen and apprentices • Review contracts, specs, and blueprints to ensure proper execution • Control construction progress to meet schedules and deadlines • Lead daily inspections and commissioning activities • Enforce safety policies and instruct crews on proper procedures • Coordinate material needs and support procurement 🕒 Schedule Full-time, in-person field work.
