🚨 We Are Hiring – Skill Migration Consultant | Kolkata Aussie Pathways is looking for an experienced Skill Migration Consultant to manage end-to-end client processing post-signup for Australia and Canada migration programs. Company Overview Aussie Pathways is a Kolkata-based immigration consultancy helping professionals migrate to countries like Australia and Canada through structured skilled migration pathways. Our focus is on accurate assessments, realistic guidance, and strong process execution — not false promises. Role Overview You will work with clients who have already signed up, and your responsibility is to: ✔ Deliver accurate assessment ✔ Guide them through the process ✔ Ensure smooth execution till visa stage This role combines: ✔ Technical immigration knowledge ✔ Client counselling & expectation management ✔ Process & documentation handling You will act as the primary point of contact for clients post-signup and ensure they are guided correctly throughout their migration journey. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Initial Assessment & Evaluation • Conduct detailed eligibility assessment for Australia & Canada PR pathways • Evaluate: – Points – Occupation suitability – Migration pathways • Provide realistic insights on risks, timelines and alternatives 🔹 Client Counselling (Post-Closure) • Guide clients through each stage: – Skill Assessment – EOI / Express Entry – Visa Application • Set clear expectations (no overpromising) • Handle queries, concerns and objections professionally 🔹 Documentation & Process Management • Assist clients in preparing required documents • Coordinate with: – Internal team – External partners / MARA agents • Ensure all applications are: ✔ Accurate ✔ Timely ✔ Fully compliant 🔹 Client Relationship Management • Handle complex and demanding client cases • Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement • Act as single point of contact for assigned clients Core Requirements ✔ 4–5 years of experience in skilled migration processes ✔ Strong hands-on experience in: – Australia Skilled Migration – Canada Express Entry ✔ Ability to explain complex processes in a simple way ✔ Strong counselling + communication skills ✔ High attention to detail and process orientation Good to Have • Knowledge of work visas / training visas • Exposure to student visa pathways • Broader understanding of global migration 💰 Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month 📍 Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)
